Logon to the Control Panel
Logon to clients.simbaken.com/customer and type your username and password
Adding a New Email Accounts
Follow the procedure outlined below to add a new email account:
- Go to Domains >> List all Orders
- Click your domain name
- Click on the Email Tab.
- Now, go to Manage Email Hosting
- To create a new Email Account, click on Add User
- Now fill the details of the Email account to be created
- Once you have completed filling up the details, click the Add user button.
Deleting Email Accounts
Follow the procedure outlined below to delete an email address:
- Go to Domains>>List all Orders
- Click your domain name
- Click on the Email Tab.
- Now, go to Manage Email Hosting
- To delete an Email Account, click on Manage users/account
- Select the email account you wish to delete and click on delete.
How to access emails
- Log on to webmail.yourdomain.yourtld (e.g webmail.yourdomain.com)
- Type your full email address and password.
